Christian-Based Principals and works in an

He is a fourth-generation Business Professional
and serves as a Real Estate Broker, Developer,
Business Broker, and as Director of Event Technology
in the Hospitality Industry. Balda served in the USCG
Auxiliary for five years. Additionally, he is a
Course Creator and Published Author. Personal
interests include Faith, Family and Friends, and
